For most critical-use industries, not investing in a standby generator could be devastating.
To reduce the risk of untimely outages, CK Power has partnered with Kohler to distribute a complete line of emergency generators to withstand all kinds of operating conditions.

No power? No problem
When Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center added a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) onto its campus, the failure of life-saving equipment was not an option.
Not when they’re responsible for the care of our communities’ most vulnerable: sick or premature infants.
“We rely on our Kohler generators to keep everything running, and they’ve never failed. When we lose power, I step into the hallway, take a deep breath, and by then the generator kicks in and the lights go back on.” — Lori Knitt, chief support services officer at ASMMC.
But what makes Kohler so dependable?
Reliable power and bold innovation
Generator solutions from Kohler add greater precision to ensure uninterrupted service in the event of an outage. These include:
- Powerful, reliable electronics
- Next-generation fuel systems
- Innovative air ducts
- Durable after-treatment components
- Lower ownership costs over total life cycle
- Custom maintenance programs
- Long service life before overhaul
- Minimal changes to existing application
Select the perfect custom generator — we’ll help
Our process enables you to find your ideal generator. Choose from our full line of standard Kohler engineered solutions with parts from John Deere, Volvo Penta, Mitsubishi and MTU.
If something comes close, tell us what you need altered to match your application’s specs. We will tailor the product around your needs. From providing hospitals with backup power to securing sensitive credentials inside data centers, our engineers have built for leaders across a dozen industries.
Seeking immediate solutions for standby power? We offer rentals: skid-mounted, towable and stationary.
For power classes up to 1250kW, we recommend containerized gen-sets.
Lastly, if just a few engines within your existing application need restoration to meet EPA Tier 4 requirements, explore our affordable refurbishment program.
Acceptance testing before installation
To prove your generator operates the way it’s intended to, we use our in-house test cell for diagnostics before delivery. This step ensures we give you the most power out of the lightest, smallest, quietest package possible.
And it lets us examine things like:
Does the muffler dampen engine noise the way we planned? Is the controller converting generated power to the correct voltage? Your generator won’t leave our shop until we’re certain it works precisely the way you need it to.
Once encased in a corrosion-resistant shell, we’ll package and ship it to you.
